I have read through the inspection report and it looks pretty good for a 45 year old house. We haven't even moved in yet and I all ready have a fairly decent honey-do list forming. Dad i may need you to stop by Lubbock sometime and finally instill some of your handyman knowledge, or lack there of, for some of the projects.
I would love to. Aren't you glad the Inspectors are thorough? I think you got a great deal.

yeah! so glad everything is good. Don't feel too bad chad...shawn is in the same boat. But, I'd be willing to do the list, if he'd watch the kids!
