Ivy's first birthday - Large from Lesley Montandon on Vimeo.
Well, the day finally came and our baby girl turned a year old. This year went by so so so so fast. We had a small little party for her and she loved it! She loved opening her presents but she especially loved the cupcake.
Ezra was super excited about Ivy opening her presents as well.
At one year old, Ivy is still the sweetest, happiest, most content little girl I know. She takes two naps a day and goes to bed at about 6 p.m. She is a good eater and loves to eat all kinds of fruit, meat, pancakes, cheese, veggies, and drinks her milk like a champ. She army crawls everywhere and is really fast. She pulls up on everything. She loves bath time with her big brother and loves to be in the middle of whatever is going on. She loves playing with Ezra when he is not antagonizing her (we had to make him stop sitting on her head today). She really is so easy-going and flexible, especially if we are out and about, but if she is sleepy you better put her in her crib and let her go to sleep. She has four teeth, two on top and two on bottom, and two more about to come through on top. She says "mama," "bath," "hi," and likes to babble a lot. She really doesn't talk as much as Ezra did at her age, but I imagine the words will start coming quickly.
Thanks for looking at the pictures of her party and first year and sharing in our joy. We love this little girl so much!
